Tweety Pie

The genious that is Twitter.

Whereas facebook allows you to stalk your friends, that gets boring after a while. Twitter allows you to stalk manufacturers, people who highlight delicious links (I have mentally spent £500 already on graphic prints, architecture books and notebooks, oh and a deliciously colourful throw)

How have I not got on this before? :)

Finished spaceplanning the Millenium Centre today and created a beautiful PDF, sent to the client (lovely) and to the builder (technical) which has taught me more about outdoor chairs and lights.

Cocktails in Tea cups - The Only way to Celebrate.

http://www.thepotcafe.co.uk/

A very yummy cafe which has fantastic accessories, if a need for more exciting cutlery.

Miniature Jam pots to hold salt and pepper and delicious cocktails in Tea pots! Excellent plan! One more thing I shall bring with me to my household. Lovely Beth treated me to a celebratory meal as Momentum have decided to keep me, not just prolongue my stay a few more months! WOOHOO (like really).

It started as a 10 week Go Wales work placement which was going to follow on into an Internship at Capita Architects. Due to the lovely recession the dates kept being switched about and Nicole extended my stay more and more. I've always felt part of the family there, pretty much from week 1 (days 1-6 were too full of fear to take much in) providing caffeine like plasters to stressful days I just took each week as it came, loving my time and peripherally acknowledging that it would sometime come to an end. And now it doesn't have too!

I understand in this unstable type atmosphere that we're all standing on custard rather than solid biscuits, but as long as you keep moving you won't sink - as Brainiac has proved- and I intend to keep up a brisk jog.

A Canter if you will.

King of the Dance

Well, as if that Yoga move isn't difficult enough I have also decided to sing to my WII fit sessions. This postpones the daydreaming which inevitably occurs even during difficult yogo moves as my brain moves faster than the little badly animated lady on screen.

That got my brain so excited I had to abandon my bath and pop on here to tell you the ingenius plan of Brain Pausing. Oh yes.

Finished re-pricing the shop today, monotonous a job that it is, this is the first time I knew where all the products are. Yes, ladies and gentlemen 8 months in I can recognise not only the general shape, but know the name, manufacturer and recognise whether the leg finish is matt, brushed, aluminium, chrome or stainless steel (like the query of why spiders have so many legs, so the question expands to include just why so many leg finishes?).

Planned my future house a bit more today, not only will it include the Big Table by Bonaldo -

(the colourful version ofcourse) but it will include the colour  - cool mint green.
